Development History
2005
- Founded Taiwan Deruit Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and set up a factory in Xinfeng, Hsinchu.
2008
- Won the international ISO22000 and HACCP food safety certification
2009
- It is the first health food in the country that does not require high-temperature sterilization and does not add any preservatives, thereby maintaining high-quality activity.
2012
- Participating in the "Hsinchu County Government Local SBIR Project" with "Echinacea"
2013
- In response to production capacity needs, the factory was expanded, a fully automatic eight-filling production line and packaging equipment were added, and the air cleanliness level was strictly controlled to below Class 100, surpassing general health food OEM.
- Cooperate with Taichung Agricultural Research Institute for technology transfer and the Food Industry Development Research Institute to jointly research new extraction technologies.
- Participate in the "Hsinchu County Local Industry Innovation and R&D Promotion Plan" with "Micron Turmeric"
2014
- Signed a patent technology transfer agreement with the Food Industry Development Institute for the development of high-concentration nano/submicron functional material preparation and analysis technology - development of turmeric health beverages
- Participated in the "Hsinchu County Government Local SBIR Project" with the "High-pressure homogenization micro-nanotechnology to develop health drinks for preventing alcoholic hepatitis"
- In response to the doubling of production capacity and market demand, we planned and built a water-spray sterilization production line.
2015
- The water spray sterilization production line was officially put into use
- Build the second fully automatic eight-filling production line and extraction equipment
2016
- Implemented the 105th year support project of the Agricultural Science and Technology Research Institute, "Echinacea Anti-Aging Body Protection Functional Drink Development Project"
2017
- Signed an industry-university cooperation agreement with Professor Huang Zhaoling of Chang Jung Christian University on the "Study on the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging effects of Derrit Echinacea Extract and FLOTHY Body Drink Products".
- Signed a technology transfer agreement with the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, Taichung Agricultural Improvement Station for the production technology of red coix seed functional food raw materials.
- Signed a technology transfer license agreement for the "Antiviral Plant Functional Formula" with Professor Chang Luan-ying of the Department of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the Children's Hospital of National Taiwan University.
- Signed an industry-university cooperation project and technology transfer authorization for "Production of RGB strains of Echinacea purpurea and introduction of Echinacea angustifolia" with Professor Zongli Chen and Associate Professor Jingying Yang of National Chung Hsing University.
- The Chinese Echinacea Development Association was established to integrate production, government, academia, research, and marketing units to improve industry development.
2018
- Moved the factory to Xinwu District, Taoyuan City.
- Passed the Ministry of Economic Affairs SBIR "Functional Plant Beverage Development Project".
- Signed a feasibility study with I-Shou University in Kaohsiung on the separation of active ingredients from Echinacea and Salvia miltiorrhiza using a simulated moving bed. Signed a contract with National Taiwan University on "Chromatographic fingerprint identification of Chinese medicine preparations"
- Participated in the Food Research Institute-Industrial Development Bureau 2018 "Food Industry Revitalization and Value-added Promotion Plan" and "Food Industry Technology and Product Innovation Value-added Guidance" as a member of the Industry-Academia Alliance
- Echinacea post-harvest processing and optimized extraction process development
- Approved by the Council of Agriculture to participate in the 2018 Hi Japan Food Ingredients Exhibition

2019

- Using media grinding technology to mass produce "micron turmeric" raw materials

- Signed a research project with Professor Wu Wenmian of Fu Jen Catholic University "Using the mouse RAW264.7 cell line research platform to explore the performance of Echinacea extract in inhibiting ACE2"
- Commissioned by the Agricultural Science and Technology Research Institute, we carried out the "High-value Agricultural Material (Black Bean) Prototype Product Trial Development Project"
